Madrigal Dinner 2024

Food, music, and faces this cute? How can you resist?

Table service with a song — how can anyone resist?!

Hear ye, hear ye!  Our annual Madrigal Dinner Theatre production is now scheduled for the evening of Saturday, March 2, in the Parish Hall of St. Richard’s Episcopal Church in Round Rock (1420 E. Palm Valley Blvd., near the Dell Diamond).

This family-friendly musical theater production includes an era-appropriate supper, lots of madrigal songs, and a fun play! This year’s story is set in the early years of England’s Elizabethan era, and involves the challenges of resuming lives disrupted and carefully navigating a “new normal.”  Outspoken serving maids, noble ladies and the men who love them from afar unite to explore some unusual options!

Menu:  Roasted Chicken and Spring Potatoes, Haricots Verts, Rustic Breads, and . . . highly impractical dessert treats!  Guests may imbibe iced tea or lemonade.

You are welcome to dress in Elizabethan attire if you wish, or just come Austin casual.  Seating with fanfares and heraldic presentation occurs 6-6:30p.m. during the pre-show concert.  Play begins at 6:30 p.m., with dinner served during the event.

Please purchase tickets in advance using the button below, or via 512-453-0884.  $26 Nobles’ Circle (all ages), $16 Gallery (all ages).  You may also purchase directly from any Austin Girls’ Choir chorister or board member at a dollar discount.  Space for walk-ins is usually very limited, so to ensure your place, please buy tickets by 5 p.m. on Friday, March 1.
